Cancellation Policy

Pottery Workshop Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, and we aim to keep our policy fair for both our participants and our studio. If you are unable to attend your workshop, please notify Inner Strength Pottery as soon as possible. Each workshop requires significant preparation, so the following policy applies. Cancellations by Participants Cancellations 7+ days prior — Eligible for a full refund or a transfer to another workshop date (subject to availability). Cancellations 3–6 days prior — Eligible for a 50% refund or a transfer to another workshop date (subject to availability). Cancellations within 48 hours — Non‑refundable and rescheduling may not be possible. Rescheduling One complimentary reschedule is permitted, provided you give more than 48 hours’ notice. Additional reschedule requests will be treated as a cancellation and are not eligible for a refund. No‑Shows Participants who do not attend without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Cancellations by the Studio In the rare event that Inner Strength Pottery must cancel a workshop (e.g., illness or unforeseen circumstances), participants will receive a full refund or may transfer to another available date. Late Arrivals As your workshop is a private session, we can adjust the start time if you are running late. Please inform us as soon as possible. By booking a workshop, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
